Introduction

Merryland college (+2) located at Subidhanagar, Teenkune, Kathmandu was established  in 1998  by the devoted, dedicated as well as committed administrators and educationalist with the objective of promoting quality education by maintaining good pedagogical environment through the modern, scientific and psychological teaching method. The college has started to impart quality education in Management Stream aiming of producing mentally and physically versatile citizens capable of coping with challenges of 21st century. As this college is backed by the new management of young and energetic academician, it will prove the essentiality of this college through out the country. The college envisaged from its very inception to produce skilled manpower in each sectors. Hence, the college offers +2 additional programmes in Arts and social sciences from this academic session 2060/61.

Scholarship Schemes

• Students securing 80% above in S.L.C. will get full scholarship.
• Students securing 70% in S.L.C. will get 50% scholarship.
• School toppers through-out the country in SLC will get full scholarship
• The genuine students from poor family securing 65% in SLC will get full scholarship
• Students of Merryland College securing 70% and above in Class XI (HSEB Exam) will get full scholarship in class XII.

Rules and Regulations For Students

• No students will be allowed leave on any ground, what so ever, for more than seven days in a term.
• Leave applications will not be entertained, if not signed by authorized guardians.
• Only in the cases of emergencies, with permission from principal, students will be allowed to leave the college.
• Students getup must be as described by and acceptable to the College. No student is allowed to sit in the class if she/he is not in the proper uniform and getups.
• Students must maintain strict discipline. Demerit cards will be issued if a student is found breaking the rules of the college and involving in evil activities.
• Other Rules and codes of conduct will be informed officially to the students in the College.
