Innovative exciting student centred teaching techniques are employed to help ensure optimum result for students. We use state of art technology and other facilities to ensure effective teaching and learninig.

Reading habit occupies am important in learninig process. A library plays a crucial role in promoting reading habits among the students. The Academy maintains a good library having adequate textbooks, reference books, newspapers, journal, magazines and other useful national and international educational materials. The library has been developed with the active participation of the faculty and education experts to meet the needs of the curriculum, course of study, curriculum guidelines and active units.

 

CHA has well equipped separate and spacious laboratory for physics, chemistry and biology. Practical classed are conducted under the strict supervision and guidance of respective subject teachers.

 

CHA provides transportation at subsidised rates to and from the college within Kathmandu valley. The bus route chart is available at the college office.

The college operates a modest but clean and hygienic self service cafeteria at the roof of the three staried building in a beautiful surrounding. The cafeteria offers selective food at reasonable price. The cafeteria provides pure boiled and filtered water.

CHA provides hostel facilities for boys and girls separately where students are kept under the strict surveillance of responsible and experienced hostel wardens and matrons. Every effort is made to ensure that the boarders enjoy comfortable clean healthy and homely environment.

1. Special Programmer
+2 in physical as well as in Biological Science along with special treatment in the MBBS and BE preparation provided in the college time. The classes of Grade XI and XII in science stream are highly encouraging type to address the student's future destination, i.e. getting scholarships for MBBS or BE Programmes in the Universities of Nepal and abroad.
The preparation classes for MBBS and BE Programmes will be provided 2 days a week in the college free of cost. We hope our students will be benefited from the programmes.

2. Charming Subject (Hotel management, Mass Communication and Travel and Tourism)
CHA provides charming subjects like Hotel Management, Mass Communication, and Travel and Tourism in Grade XI and XII We have perfect sense of practical education and its scope .We make our students able to perform the best in their future to make a good career because of the courses we give here. In the context of Nepal these are very important and fruitful courses.

3. Scholarship Schemes
Various Scholarship Schemes governed by the rational of educating all are provided in CHA. The students who are positive towards learning and are confident about the future are supported with scholarship schemes. The schemes will depend upon the performance of the SLC results too. the needy students have to consult the administration for the additional schemes.

4. Affordable Fee Structure:
CHA has offered quite reasonable and affordable fee structure for the student's welfare. We are far from the motive of mere earning. The structure says.

 

5.Visits and Tours
We manage different visits and tours out and inside the valley. Particularly, in Travel and Tourism we launch various events of tours and travels. Our common destinations are Pokhara, Lumbini, Chitwan, Nagarkot, etc

6.Exhibitions
We involve our students in various exhibitions, and seminars and programmes related to there subjects.

 

CHA is located at Teku, the centre of Kathmandu, 2 to 3 minutes walking distance from Teku public busstand. It lies next to the National Trading Limited.
